Was disappointed when the wide fitting…

Was disappointed when the wide fitting shoes I’d ordered were a standard fit. On querying my refund I received a prompt and polite response from Maria in customer service who explained the process. Thank you Maria

Excellent Customer Service from Poonam

An item I had had delivered was slightly damaged. There was no option on the return note to request an exchange, so I contacted Dune via their web chat. The response was very quick. I was offered free next day delivery on a replacement at the same sale price I had purchased the original for. I did have to order the item again on the Dune system, but was refunded the delivery and discount amount as soon as the item was shipped. Poonam was very polite and helpful throughout.

Love shopping with Dune.

Whilst completing an order for a pair of shoes I happened to mis-type the email address which resulted in no confirmation or delivery info would be received.Marie at Dune London Customer Experience made the difference by going the extra mile and tracked down my order details with delivery info-this made a huge difference and I was quickly able to track my order rest assured that it would be safely on its way. Great example of customer service at its best. In my experience Dune has always set high standards and lead by example. Love shopping with Dune.

Brilliant returns service…

I bought a pair of boots online and they just didn't fit or look right on me. I returned them by the correct courier with the sticker Dune provided from the correct postal distributor and didn't hear for nearly a month they had been returned. So I got in touch with Dune and immediately received splendid attentive and efficient answers and as soon as they had received them I got my refund.

I ordered a pair of boots online with…

I ordered a pair of boots online with dune and paid 20 euro for next day delivery , 5 days later still no boots , tracking email is not working. No live chat available and no reply to my email. No customer services available at all. Still waiting on my boots.

Ordered boots two weeks ago and no response from customer service

Ordered boots over two weeks ago, haven’t received any further communication or confirmation of dispatch. Should of been delivered between the 12/15 of jan. Emailed customer service a week ago and no one has replied. Unclear as to what is going on

Fantastic experience with this company

Fantastic experience with this company, although the boots I ordered did not fit due to my large calves Maria the lady I liaised with, was very profession and courteous in her emailsI have had many boots from this company and the quality is brilliantThank you DUNE

DON’T BUY AT THEIR ONLINE SHOP.

DON’T BUY AT THEIR ONLINE SHOP.They don’t give refund! I sent back 2 pair of shoes one month ago and still awaiting for my money! Awful customer care! I wrote them and they are missing!

My dune bag was in good condition but…

My dune bag was in good condition but the edging on the strap was starting to come off. I emailed headquarters to enquire about a replacement and was impressed at the lengths the customer experience advisor went to locate one for me.
